We collect information you choose to give us, such as your name, email, organization, website, and message when you use the contact form, and the messages you type into the AI assistant. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, and keep this website secure. We do not sell your personal information.

AI assistant

Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. The site does not keep a copy of chat transcripts. Please do not share confidential or sensitive information in the chat. Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; they are not professional advice.

If you complete the Health Check, your answers and results are kept only in your browser for that visit. They are sent to us only if you choose to include them with a contact form message or keep them in the booking form when you book a call. Calls are booked through Calendly, which receives the details you enter there. We then handle them like any other inquiry.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website (such as hosting and AI processing), when required by law, or with your consent.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information through our contact form.
